We regularly organise 2-day seminars on different aspects of the Toyota Production System.
In July 2013 a seminar was held on the necessary preconditions for a successful lean implementation. This was reported in YOKOTEN magazine (in German):

or:
Sabine LEIKEP: "Was nicht in den Lehrbüchern steht. Shunji Yagyu erklärt Unterschiede zwischen Engineering- und Gemba-Standards" ["Things that aren't in the textbooks. Shunji Yagyu explains differences between engineering standards and gemba standards"], in: Yokoten. Magazin für Operational Excellence und Best Practice Sharing. 2. Jahrg,, Heft 05/2013 [Vol. 2, issue 05/2013], p. 11
In November 2014 we dealt with the planning and control system hoshin kanri (policy deployment). 14 participants from a total of 10 companies were introduced to the background, mindset and methodology of this approach.
In January 2016 our theme was "Eingebaute Qualität/QiP in allen Prozessen: Der absolute Qualitätsanspruch bei Toyota" ["Built-in quality/QiP in all processes: Toyota's commitment to absolute quality"] From production to purchasing – what is meant by building quality into work processes, immediately, cleanly and quickly? The seminar gave rise to a series of articles by Claudia Romberg in the specialist magazine YOKOTEN, which is to be continued in 2017. See also Articles
Currently we are planning a seminar on the theme of “Frontloading – Project Management à la Toyota” in January 2018.
