Our clients are companies which already have long-standing experience with the classic tools and methods of the Toyota Production System in manufacturing but are nevertheless asking themselves: why is the success we were hoping for just not happening? Why are we not making the quantum leap?

We focus our trainings on people and on the team with its understanding of work and its way of working. The key content consists of

  • the "Toyota Way" values system and vision of people,
  • teamwork and role of the manager, and
  • basic working principles and concepts.

We think it is extremely important to put across the holistic approach of the "Toyota Way". For this reason we offer trainings specially aimed at indirect business areas. This is where we see the greatest need for action in the implementation of the TPS.

Our outstanding attribute as trainers is our "first-hand" knowledge. We have acquired our profound understanding of Toyota's working culture by cooperating closely with Japanese TPS experts and by looking "behind the scenes" at famous factories in Japan.

We also design trainings (including train-the-trainer modules) for our clients which – assuming the company has the resources – can then be delivered internally by in-house trainers.
