As well as factory visits and follow-up Q&A sessions with factory managers, heads of department or owners, we offer additional input and a chance for discussion at the end of the day to enhance participants' understanding of what they have seen.
The advantage of our tours is that we only work with interpreters who are also TPS experts. Added to that, we host discussion circles at the end of the day, where our experts share their profound background knowledge and give participants a "behind the scenes" perspective on TPS.
We expect participants in our study tours to have a firm grounding in TPS methods.
